St. Annes on the Sea United Reformed Church has served the local community for over 125 years. We are now able to offer you our newly refurbished and well-appointed accommodation comprising of:

The Church Building

From ecumenical gatherings to concerts, it has superb natural acoustics, but can offer a comprehensive range of voice and instrumental, radio, fixed microphone and audio systems including induction loop.

Capacity is approximately 320 seated. A disabled toilet is available.

All bookings of the church building require the consent of the Minister and Elders. Please apply to the Letting Stewards in the first instance.

The Hall

This is ideal for large gatherings where refreshments from cups of tea/coffee to full meals can be prepared in a commercial quality kitchen.

The Hall seats over 260 in comfort and has radio and fixed microphones, induction loop and spotlit areas. Toilets are placed at both ends of the building for ease of use and to avoid congestion. A disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are available.

Portable staging with steps is also available for meetings that require a platform or stage. There are four individual units, each measuring 125cm by 250cm and standing 60cm high. These units can be locked into a variety of arrangements.

The floor is approximately 180sqm. Its cost of hire is £20 per hour. The Hall may be booked for any period in excess of two hours.

The Community Room

For smaller groups, this suite is ideal; consisting of a room which can accommodate approximately 40 persons, with a dedicated kitchenette and serving hatch into the room. An induction loop is installed. A disabled toilet is available.

The floor is approximately 40sqm. Its cost of hire is £10 per hour. The Hall may be booked for any period in excess of two hours.

The Annexe

A detached building, completely self contained. It has a capacity to seat approximately 40 people. An induction loop and a whiteboard are available in the main room. Toilets, plus a disabled toilet incorporating a shower are located near the entrance. A small counselling room and a kitchen complete this suite.

The main room's floor is approximately 55sqm. The Annexe's cost of hire is £10 per hour. The Hall may be booked for any period in excess of two hours.
