The church was founded as St. Annes-on-the-Sea Congregational Church in September 1880. The present church building dates from 1894.Our church building is located on Clifton Drive, just to the north of St. Annes Square, next to Ashton Gardens.
We are a member of Churches Together in St. Annes and the United Reformed Church is a member of the national Churches Together structure.
What We Do
Our principal purpose is to worship God as followers of Jesus Christ. We nurture and support each other in faith and give support through practical pastoral care. We also aim to share faith and give practical help in the wider community.
We do this through:
- Public worship on Sundays and Thursdays
- Children's and young people's activities
- Discussion and study groups
- Hosting a FairTrade Action Group
- Fellowship and Guild groups
Our premises are used by a variety of groups and agencies, offering care or help to the wider community.
